At Hope Fitness our exercise classes are so much more than just a plain old workout session. 

Of course, this is the main goal but if you are looking for a good old gossip, a group therapy session, an activity for your baby or pre-schooler or just getting some fresh air with friends – then this is the place to be.

Outdoor Fitness

The original Hope Fitness class. The hour long classes currently run four times a week on Grange Farm in Kesgrave, providing an all over body workout with the added benefit of all of the above. The classes run outside whatever the weather and are suitable for all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

Class Times: Tuesday 9.30am & 7.30pm, Sunday 8am


Freestyle Fitness Yoga

A yoga programme that incorporates deep stretch and yoga postures. Every element of Freestyle Fitness Yoga is validated from a fitness perspective.

Anyone taking part in a Freestyle Fitness Yoga class can expect to increase their flexibility greatly in 8 weeks. You will learn how to identify the body’s stabilising muscles and use them effectively and efficiently to improve their posture and move with more confidence.

Class Times: Monday 7.30pm, Thursday 9.15am



 Metafit™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT workout. It’s tough, that’s why it gets results! Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit™ combines the latest HIIT training techniques with traditional ‘Old school’ bodyweight exercises to set the metabolism on fire!

Class Times: Monday 6.30pm & 7.00pm, Thursday 6.30pm, Saturday 7.30am
